Instructions for New Employees
Welcome to Labor Depot, LLC! As a new employee, there are a few important forms you need to complete and submit. Please follow the steps below to download, fill out, and upload the required documents. Note that this process must be done on a computer with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Not all phones natively support fillable PDF files, and while it may be possible with additional apps, you will need to attempt that on your own as Labor Depot cannot answer questions about how to fill these out on phones, there are simply too many for us to support.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Download the Forms:
Click on each link above to download the forms to your computer.
- Fill Out the Forms: Open each downloaded PDF form on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fill out all the required fields in the forms. Ensure all information is accurate and complete. The forms are fillable, so you can type directly into the fields.
- Save the Completed Forms: After filling out each form, save the completed versions to your computer. Make sure to keep track of where you save these files, as you will need to upload them in the next step.
- Upload the Completed Forms: Return to this page and use the upload fields below to upload your completed documents. Click on the “Choose File” button found below for each required form, select the saved file from your computer, and upload them one by one to the form. You will see the file name appear to the right of each “Choos File” button when they are ready. Once they are all shown on the form, you can finalize the name and date section then press submit and they will be delivered directly to Labor Depot, LLC.
